How to use

Mix 1 tablespoon to a smooth consistency with warm spring or filtered water, milk or oil. Apply to cleansed face and body, leave for 10 to 15 minutes while massaging skin using upwards with gentle circular movements. Rinse away with warm water. Reduce frequency if your skin becomes irritated.
